HAPPY CHRISTMAS AT IL BAGNOLO ECO LODGE
According to tradition, Christmas is spent in the family, all together with grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, relatives and so on.
For many years our family has been meeting at Il Bagnolo, together with some guests and friends who, with their families, choose the warm atmosphere of our place to celebrate.
This is the Menu we will prepare for Christmas 2017:
* Steamed Il Bagnolo free-range chicken with home made mayonnaise and vegetables
* Pumpkin ravioli with melted butter, parmesan, sage and amaretto
* Risotto mixed with red chicory and smoked cheese
* Boiled selected cuts of farm meat, with steamed crushed potato, parsley sauce and home made mustards
* Long leavening artisanal “pandoro”, with mascarpone cream and dark chocolate sauce

The price will be 40,00 euro per person, to which you will have to add the beverage.
